Louw & Coetzee Rentals was established as a dedicated rental management division of Louw & Coetzee Properties, building on more than 22 years of experience in residential property across the Western Cape. As the property portfolio under management continued to grow, it became clear that rental administration required focused expertise, structured systems and specialised oversight.
Rather than treating rentals as an extension of sales, the group created Louw & Coetzee Rentals as a distinct entity with a clear mandate: to provide disciplined, compliant and professionally administered rental management services.
Today, the division manages more than 1,200 residential properties, supported by secure financial systems, independent inspection processes and direct legal backing from Louw & Coetzee Attorneys. This structure ensures rental agreements are enforceable, financial reporting is transparent and property owners receive consistent oversight and protection.
